So What will happens to time of day.weather,.. seasons.. etc at the pole area, around equator.

  1. Because the Earth's axis is tilted by 23.5 degrees anyway, if it was tilted a further 90 deg (113.5 deg altogether, equivalent to a tilt of 66.5 deg), then the seasons would become more extreme (hotter summers, colder winters), the weather would become more extreme due to larger temperature differentials, however the time of day etc would not change. In particular, at the equator, there would be four distinct seasons, and the hot seasons would be shorter than now. The two cold seasons would be longer than at present. At the poles, the winter perios would be longer and the summer period would be longer at the expense of spring and fall. All in all, the weather would be more extreme all over the earth.

  2. Some places would freeze and some would melt out.  The weather and seasons would know what to do.  We would have to set up a new time standard.

  3. Where the earth is now in comparison to it's axis, we can observe that each polar region is covered in ice; implying that it's very cold.

So, if we were to tilt the axis 90 degrees, we'd most likely experience temperatures of the previously mentioned magnitude in spots not familiar with cold weather, but more tropical weather.

The polar regions would heat up and melt all the ice flooding the world with water and increasing our oceans density; this would be castastrophic to areas of southern florida and even London, England.

After many many years, the earth would stablize in an opposite fashion; the former pole regions would be tropical and the former tropical regions would be covered in ice.

  4. This is the situation in Uranus.

In midsummer the pole looks at the sun and all northern hemisphere will have day time with sun moving near the horizon all day long (there won't be a day). The day thus will last for half a year. Gradually it moves with sun shining on equator(equinox) and then the other pole moves gradually facing sun. So the dominant phenomenon will be day and night coinciding with seasons. Day (one rotation of the axis) means the sun moves around the sky at an angle above the horizon proportional to the latitude of place.
