What will i do in order to carry my son in my petition papers?

Sir, Me and my family was petition by our grandparents but i was been left and my passport was being returned to me due of being overage now i am 22 years old. And the time we was interviewed and medical i was pregnant.. What will we do so that i and my son can follow and go there in U.S.A. ............thanks

    Anyone who has access to the Internet has access to a translator.......And why would Yahoo answers be your resource for info on immigrating to the US, you don't have to look very hard to find some impressively ignorant individuals ranting on anti-immigration.


  2. Sounds like you did not qualify for having "aged out". You should check with local immigration attorney to see if you qualify under CSPA. (Child Status Protection Act). If not, your parents will have to file petition for you as long as you are single. If you are married, they can file petition for you when they become citizen. Once you become lawful permanent resident you can sposor your child. Your child won't be included in petition by your parents' for you (each parent must file separate petition for you just in case something happens to one parent).

    Consult an immigration attorney in your area.
