What will i do in this class (answer even if you don't know please)?

i am an eighth grader and i have a class called careers i know i will do a job shadow but what else do you think i will do

I had a class similar to that in high school. You will job shadow and you will also figure out what type of person you are when it comes to the job scene. Some are hands on, some are listeners. You will probably take a lot of personality related quizzes. You will probably do a lot of group work and research different jobs that you could potentially follow.

I wish we had something like that when I were growing up.

my school has a class called C.A.L.M career and life management. its basically a class where you look into different jobs, different professions,and it also tells you the classes you should take in high school that will help you get into university for that career. stuff like that, just kind of like a "pre high school" chance to get some ideas of what you might be interested in for your future, and the best way to peruse that. Ours also teaches us about families and babies and caring for them and stuff.

you'll probably just learn job working skills, and about the different careers and jobs there are out there

maybe that class will help you figure out what you want to do when you grow up.

maybe you guys will have an experiment where you have to go to someone's job and examine.
