What will i do on cashier training at SEARS??is it a hard job to be a cashier at sears?any benefits??

Not hard at all!  You do get a nice discount!  You will train on a training register before you go out on the sales floor. Not sure how long they do this now, but it's to get you comfortable with all sorts of transactions.  

Show up on your first day with a notebook and TAKE NOTES well.  That will help you build your confidence when you are solo on the register.  There are also register guides at each register and the register "prompts" you if you are stuck.  YOU WILL DO GREAT! :)
