i lost my passport here in yemen...but i heard there is no phil. embassy here....ur help will be highly appreciated

I would call the Department of Foreign Affairs in the Philippines and ask how to proceed.

I'm not seeing any consular or embassy services being provided to Yemen. Philippines may have an arrangement with another country to provide services to its citizens.
