What will i get for Computer fraud in Queensland Australia, first offence

Was helping out a friend by listing concert tickets on ebay for her, i listed them on my account. It now turns out that the lady who purchased the tickets from the ebay listing did not receive the tickets, she received a empty envelope and unless i can contact my so called friend who has now moved i am going to be charged, if i can contact her they are going to drop the case. The tickets went for approx $230.00.

  1. If you sold them on your account then you owe

    the refund. By the way how do you know she

    received an empty envelope? She would have to

    prove that it was indeed empty. Go to the ebay

    answer center and ask there also.
