When i was like 12 my friends and i went in a empty house and lit a fire cracker. a small part of the carpet got on fire. They charged us with arson. The next year i was 13 i stole from a store a stole like a snack. I was charged with theft. This year my friend and i stole shirts from bealls we are charged with retail theft. And since this is my third time getting in trouble with the law what will i get now im 14. Juvy, probation, house arrest etc.

  1. Honestly, going to a detention center and probation are some likely options. However, your stay in a detention center probably won't be very long. This will be determined by the judge.

House arrest will most likely not happen because your crimes are not that serious. Most offenders that are placed on house arrest are violent and must be monitored to protect the community.

I would guess a low level of probation is most likely to be ordered by the judge.

  2. hopefully some sort of penalty more severe than the last 2 to teach you a lesson. you sound like a kid headed down a wrong path, my friend.

oh and you know these little incidents might be on your record...good luck trying to get a job (unless youre cool with burger king)

  3. Don't listen to that other person. You could face a fine, community service or MAYBE some time at juvenile hall. However, you seem to be a minor so lucky for you, it wont go on your record (once your 18 it wont be there).

    Don't worry, you'll be fine.
