lol, get a razor cut at a salon you should take that picture to a hair cutter person and they will do it exactly like the picture

not positive by i'm guessing you'll need some thinning at the ends like razored ends

1. wait for your hair to grow out the length you want it

2. dye your hair black (or what ever color you want it)

3. straighten it

4. part it on the far left side

ur hair is gonna have to grow to about an inch longer than the style u want so when u get it razored if u have damage it'll be fixable... dye it black, have it styled and then buy a really good flat iron....

well i dunno if you want it black or not. but you would have to straighten it like really get it pin straight. then create a deep side part like along side your ear to get it to look like his. and alot of hairspray or bobby pins to keep it like his out of your eyes

Thin all of your ends. Get a few layers. You'll definitley need to straighten your hair. And you'll need to grab hair that's all the way at the other side of your face and part it to the side you want your bangs on. Once you've straightened all your hair, use hairspray and/or hair wax to hold it. Spike the ends with hair wax and voila. The hair color's up to you. That style isn't that hard to do actually.

Then go to a hairdressers and get it cut to that style

Dye your hair black, and straighten it !

When you go to the hairdressers if possible print this picture out to take it with you so they can get it right. You will have to get more of a side fringe like in the pic, and get it cut the same (sorry don't know what the cut is called) then you will  have to dye your hair the same colour, and straighten if you want it exactly the same.
