  1. ask counsoler

  2. First off, if you plan to go to university after college, you really need to be doing a fourth Advanced Subsidiary (AS) Level subject. Universities usually base offers on 3 Advanced Levels (A Level) and a 4th subject only taken to AS Level.

Secondly, if you are studying at 6th form, ie. attached to a school, then the likelihood is that you will have to wear that school's uniform. However, if you are attending a college not attached to a school then it is most likely that you can wear home clothes. You'll find in the first couple of weeks that both guys and girls dress to impress, plaster themselves in make up and perfume and quite frankly look stupid. They'll get bored of that very soon so I should bother doing it in the first place. Be yourself, wear whatever you feel comfortable in. It's fine putting high heels on to go out to a party but to wear them all day in college is a bad idea (I've seen some stupid girls try it lol)! Dress casually and comfortably. Buy some narrow ruled A4 paper (WHS usually have an offer on but any old make will do)... Narrow ruled because you'll write loads and help reduce the number of trees that need cutting down. Get a nice big ring binder to store your work in and some file dividers to seperate your subjects. You'll probably need a ring binder per subject. Wear a comfortable bag and remember not to have the bag half way down your back unless you want severe back trouble in later life - always wear it nice and tight, on both shoulders and up high.

If you can, I would advise that you study biology instead of human biology. If you try and apply for medicine, it is likely you will get rejected for having human biology. If you try and apply to university for biology it will be the same story.

Contact me if I can be of anymore use to you in the future.

    Take care.

  3. I think you need to be specific. Firstly, in the U.K "college" means high school, where as "university" is what Americans call College. You will need the same things as you would need to highschool and college anywhere else in the world.

  4. Do you mean clothes wise? Or equipment wise? Because equipment really depends on what subjects you're doing.

  5. On first day of college don't wear anything fancy. just be yourself, you are allowed to wear any clothing but keep it simple and straight as others will look at you and your personality.

On first day you wont need much, just take with you a bag and a pen, and a blank book for notes. also some food just in case, as it ain't free there. When in class be alive and ask teacher some questions to stand out from the rest, thats how you gain popularity. make friends with thos ewho have good sense of humour. Be simple, calm and you will be fine :) all the best

  6. same stuff as in school to be honest. although if you could get urself a laptop it would help.

  7. Condoms.

  8. Plenty of beer money.

  9. I'm from UK but as you have this ques in beauty and style not sure what 'things' you mean?

  10. I've just done my first year of A levels at college and I hated it so I've changed course.

Clothes - Anything you like. No one will judge you because you are all of different ages unlike at high school.

    Shoes - Same with clothes

Books - You should be provided with your own textbooks. You will need to buy your own revision guides though.

Files - You are better off buying one  lever arch file per subject. That way you don't get your subjects mixed up.

Bags - You need something big enough to carry all your stuff such as a bagpack.

It's basically like highschool just more grown up and you need to be more independant.

  11. Brains, motivation, and common sense. Meaning, you have to be smart, you need to be motivated to get there, and you won't make stupid mistakes like party all night, that's for any college. Good luck, have fun, and stay beautiful ♥
