bills in your name, check stubs, social cards for you and kids. If you live with someone letter that you live there and pay so much in rent. pretty much proof of what you make and what you pay for.

As I stated in your other question, here is the link to the application:

You can print the application and fill in out, or you can fill out the application on the computer (and save it too!) then print it out to take with you to the office when you apply.

On page 7 is the general list of documentation you will need to have in order to complete the application. You may not have everything that's needed, but apply and bring what you have. You can supply the missing info as soon as you get it.
