What will i need to play xboxlive and use the pc at once

Question

i have a modem with 1 ethernet socket and whenever i want to play xboxlive i have to unplug the cable from my pc and stick it into the xbox to play xboxlive. but then i loose my internet connection, is there anyway i can play xbox live and use the pc internet at the same time?

GET A ROUTER

you can buy a converter to convert one into 2 ethernet sockets or ge a wirelss broadband router and buy a p.c card for your p.c and the wireless reciver for the xbox and both of the ideas should work
