the cost is around 600 per sq ft. if you give it to the contractor

or else if you do i yourself you can finish it with around 500 Rs.

to 450 per sq ft.

The present rate if given to a contractor is ranging between Rs 600 to Rs 650 per square feet  and this would not include the following Water Tank, Compound wall with gates,sump if any,electricity charges,water bore,approval cost ect.

Further the above mentioned rate is for standard materials like tiles costing Rs 25/- per sq ft, sanitary fixture cheapest models,anchor switches and sockets.
