Deletion of questions can only mean one thing that one group deperately does not want you to be heard because it makes them lose their comfort zone !!!!

Moreover if there is so much of one sidedness in laws how can women be ever equal to men ?

  1. There should be no law that puts one gender at an advantage over the other.

As a first step, for laws to become gender neutral, all those laws in some states that are biased against women should be muted.

  2. Yep many of my questions and answers get deleted, obviously by people that don't like women debating and putting their views across. Luckily this obnly proves that they feel intimidated by the need to 'delete!!!'.

When it comes to general law, many things are messed up. in the UK not so much gender based but the perpetrator is the victim. That's the legal system for you!

  3. I would have to know what laws you were speaking of specifically.  In most states, most laws are gender neutral.  Technically, a woman can rape a man depending on how the statute is written, how the laws are enforced is a completely different arguement.

I on the other hand have never asked that a question be deleted because even if I think the question is posed by someone who is an idiot, I believe they have a right to ask it.  (I am not at all implying that you are an idiot, but I do believe there are people on this forum who delete questions because they cannot engage in grown up dialogue)

  4. You don't make sense. What does your statement have to do with gender neutral laws.  sometimes questions are deleted bc they are offensive or rants or are not questions. Yahoo set up the guidelines and sometimes people think they should be followed. I would not be surprised if someone deleted this question bc it is not a question, but we will see.

  5. Eliminate all mentions of gender in the letters of the law, which I think in most Western nations is already done.

That way, the law as it is written applies to both men and women.

I think the problem you are outlining occurs in interpreting and applying the laws equally among genders. That will require law enforcement, attorneys, judges, and juries to become gender neutral with their thinking.

    Good luck with that one.

  6. A revolution.

  7. I guess there will be no more burning of witches then :(

  8. A society that can finaly hammer a square peg into a round hole
