My mom has red hair and blue eyes, my dad has brown hair (blonde when he was young) and blue eyes. My brother has blonde with a tad of red in it and blue eyes. My hair is strawberry blonde/red and I have blue eyes.

My boyfriend has brown hair and eyes. His eyes are light honey brown, not dark. His mom has brown hair and eyes. His dad's were the same as his. My boyfriend's hair is mostly dark brown but he is Irish like me and his red in it in the sun. All of his siblings have brown hair and eyes except one has green eyes but they are all half-siblings, he has no full blood siblings.

  1. Why does it matter shouldn't you love your child no matter what???

  2. It could be absolutely anything! With every feature running in your family there will always be the possibility of things mixing up and added together. My husband and I have the same color hair, but different color eyes, and our parents and grandparents have blonde, black, brown and red hair , therefore our children could have any variety of looks. We just have to wait til they are born to see what they turn out looking like!

  3. cant really say for sure but brown is a domiate color so more then likley your kid will have brown eyes like the father does but could get blue too like yous its hard to say really.

  4. Try a punnett square to see what your kids look like.

  5. The child will probably have brownish reddish hair. As for eyes,, no idea... but probably brown because thats dominant. of course it all depends on genetics. and that means you need more information ((such as the colors of great grandparents, grandparents, etc.))

  6. The easiest way to prredict what the children MIGHT look like is to do a punnet square with the dominnt genes and recessive genes etc.

Your biology teacher should be able to help you or log on to a science site to learn how to do punnet squares. Genetis can be a lot of fun but there ae no guarantees what your kids will look like unless you know the recessive genes, dominant genes, etc.

  7. i am darker skined my my girl got my hubbies coloring

  8. Genetics is a bit a roll of the die.  Brown eyes and hair is usually dominant over blue eyes and red hair....but if youf bf has any family members with red hair and blue eyes, that could change the outcome.  Both DH and I have green eyes, our daughter has blue eyes.  We have brown hair as a dominant family trait on both sides (I have blond/reddish hair, he was blond as a child) and our daughter has brownish red hair.  I have friends that both of them and their parents have brown hair and eyes and their son has red, red, red, RED hair and blue eyes as she has a grandfather that had red hair and blue eyes.  It's all a matter of chance (though some more dominant genes have a better chance)!

  9. ever seen Fraggle Rock?  They'll look something like that.
