What will remove sprinkler water spots on a car window?

I bought this car used and it looks like it has been hammered with sprinkler day by day in the past. Now its permanent and i can't get it off with any solution. Any suggestions on what I should use?

Try Stoners Glass Cleaner with a wadded-up black and white printed newspaper. You may need to repeat a couple of times. Do the inside of the glass too.

try cleaning wax first. if that dont work, try polishing compound followed by wax.

try mixing 1/4 cup vinager 1/4 cup amonia and 3-5 gallons of water and then use the mixture to wash your windows.
