  1. I dont think the NFL will do anything until the Packers do something. He is still under contract, and will have to stay that way until he is traded or released, which I dont think he will be released.  My guess is they will hold him and try and trade him closer to the beginning of the season so it will take awhile to get used to his new home.

  2. he's going to Tampa.

  3. Brett Favre will marry John Gruden

  4. As a die hard Packer fan... I am honestly upset that Brett decided to return so d**n late! Had he chose to return back in April, maybe even May, I'd say to keep him.

Now it's just ridiculous; the Packers have moved on and set everything to make Rodgers the new QB and Favre wants in. Unfortunately, I am siding with the franchise on this one. I don't want to see Favre play for anyone else, but I do think he'll end up in Tampa Bay. Gruden is a professional liar and everything he's said about "I don't know what's going on in Green Bay" is a bunch of b/s.

I need to get off my soapbox now...

  5. tell him hes too old....

if a huge d-linemen hits him hard enough it could do some damage so he shouldnt come back for health reasons

  6. as rodger goodell has said he wants him in the nfl he puts fans in the stands rodgers as i hate to say it will be a flop nobody will ever be able to follow bretts footsteps the problem is ted thompsons ego is inflated and favres is to the green bay packers ran about the best qb of all times out of town i think it is mostly the packers never sat favre when he had a bad game. but mark my word favre will come out smelling like a rose

  7. Well, shouldn't your answer be what will the Packers do with Brett?  I mean really he still is a Packer!  C'mon, I am sooooooooooo sick of hearing about it already!  Ok, maybe cuz I live in Wisconsin and that's all I hear these days, Brett this, Brett that.  The NFL shouldn't get in the middle of it.  It should be between Brett and the Packers.  So, when they both make a desicion then that's when the public should know.

Thx, Jen...from one die hard to another....I think you said what is probably on every packer fans mind!!!!!!

  8. They will trade him to Tampa, who will win the superbowl.

and aaron rodgers will suffer in the Post Favre APOCALYPSE

  9. I think the better question is what will Brett Farve do with Brett Farve.  Its already clear he doesnt know what he really wants and what he thinks he really wants...when he has it...isnt really what he wanted.  Farve will definately go to another NFL team...but how long he will stay?  who knows.  If he does well....does the ego get even more out of control and become his undoing?  or if he doesnt do well...will he find someone else to blame" they didnt trade me fast enough..I couldnt learn the new scheme..."  I suspect in the not too distant future after Brett's ego destroys all he has built..he will sit with his morning coffee wondering what the he** just happened?

As for Aaron Rogers.  He has shown a tremendous amount of class during this whole ordeal.  He will have a tough year...as I think the Green Bay (so called) fans will not look at him as "their" quarterback.  Although "their" quarterback just basically gave them all the proverbial one finger salute out of town.  If the GB fans embrace Rogers, and allow him the time to develop and get past all this nastyness, I think he could then be very good.  I guess we will all see.

  10. Sad as it is to say I think he will go to Tampa. I think  that all involved are to blame for how things went in the Farve saga. But packer mangement could have stopped it for ending the way it did. Trying to buy Farve off was a horrible move. But Rodgers I hope will do good. We haven't seen much of him at all. So it's hard to say. We here in Green Bay for the past 16 years have only known Farve. It's going to be tough for Rodgers.

  11. i think the question should be what will farve do with the nfl?

seems like he's calling the shots or trying to.

rogers will get hurt early in the season and the people of green bay will hang mccarthy and thompson
