What will the channels be on tv after 2009?

I'm in Virginia, My Fox 35 will be 26-1 and 26-2

Go to http://www.antennaweb.org.  Click on Choose an Antenna and put in your zip code.  They have that information there.  The stations that are moving or making changes will have a date in the "Live Date" column.

As far as the sub-channels go (26.1, 26.2, etc.) that is an individual station's business decision.  The only way to know is to ask them.
