  1. They won't keep you awake for long- you will crash and be cranky soon after drinking it :)

    Drink water, eat right and sleep alot and work out to stay alert. Energy drinks do not work


  2. compare the contents. I prefer Monster drinks because they have 100% or B2,B3,B6, and B12. I think rockstar only has 10% of each of those, not sure about red bull.
