  1. If by some miracle it actually exists and I get to go, I suppose I'll be bored out of my skull.

I don't mean to sound impertinent, but I just can't fathom an eternity of anything. I really don't think I'd want to go, preferring instead to live this life and have my death be the end.

  2. Let's just say that Monica Bellucci will have a full schedule.

  3. salvation through Jesus and praise and worship.

  4. I shall be staying at the best sea side hotels, going to the best theaters and restaurants and chasing petty girls. Oh, and I shall be saying a quick "thank you God" every night. After all, he will be paying all the bills.

  5. watchin the giants on a big screen with unlimited beer and never having to go p**s...

  6. Me? Heaven?

That's quite laughable, I'm going to Valhalla.

  7. I don't know because I won't be going. Why?

God promises of his incoming kingdom that will be run from heaven to rule on earth. Think about how a kingdom works. It has a king and subjects, correct? Well, if God is the king then how could he have the subjects up in heaven with him? Shouldn't they be back down on earth?

Also, think about the creation of Adam and Eve. They didn't originate from heaven, but from earth. You can read this account in the first book of the Bible, Genesis. Why would it make sense for them to go to heaven instead of staying on the earth, their home?

  8. I'll be laughing at the fundies and taunting them:

"HA, HA!  And you thought I wasn't going to get in, just because I wouldn't take your word for it that all the nonsense in your fairy tale book really happened!  I *told* you he wouldn't be able to keep me out, as long as I had my trusty iron chariot!"

Then I'd smack Jesus upside the head and shout "Who's your daddy NOW, Cross-Boy?"

  9. nothing, apparently I'm not invited

  10. I will be praising God forever. Does it matter how we get there.

  11. Looking around very confused and surprised.

Any way I read it: if I'm right there isn't one, and if I'm wrong, that means I'm heading for the other place.

"Not so much an afterlife, more of an aprés-vie."

  12. nothing because i don't believe in a heaven.  the concept of heaven just doesn't make sense to me.  think about it.  there are people who don't even know what to do with themselves on a rainy afternoon.  how the heck would they handle eternity?  if there was a heaven, it just sounds like the cheesiest most boring place ever.  thanks but no thanks.  i'd much rather prefer oblivion.  i felt no pain before i was born, so i assume i'll feel no pain after i die.

  13. i will be with Jesus for eternity

and i will get there because Jesus will send me there

  14. I will be worshiping God waiting for the Lord to return to earth to rule for 1000 years on earth.

Salvation in Jesus is the only way now to go to heaven.

Joh 14:6  Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Rom 10:9  That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Rom 10:13  For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

  15. When I was a child, some people in my neighborhood said people in Heaven do nothing but sing praises of God forever. h**l sounds better than that.

  16. According to Christians, i'm going to h**l.

<edit> i'm a bit confused by the thumbs up i received... does that mean they want me to go to h**l. lol
