To maximize human knowledge is to maximize human freedom and comfort.  Religions stand in the way of universal human freedom and comfort, so I will NOT honor any God.  I will pull down my pants and defecate on your religious symbols. They are only idols, they have no power, no one has seen this God, it is a myth of witch-doctors, the first of the manipulative psychotherapists, evil people who imbue people with a sense of purpose in order to manipulate them for THEIR purposes.

No God, no spirit, no souls exist.  Orient your life in that way.  Realize that you have the one and only life you are going to get.  We have no shining Big Daddy in the sky to help us like when we were scared little children.  We have only...ourselves.  So it is the greatest crime to manipulate, to brutalize, to harm others as religion has been doing.  Banish the witch-doctors.  Torture them.  Put their religion to so much testing they will freely admit there is no God.  Put 20 of them in a row, hanging upside down like slabs of meat, shoot a bullet through the head of the first, then the second.  The 12th will start to doubt his faith, the 19th and 20th surely will.  There is no God, there is only human power, so use it wisely in order to maximize human civilization.  We don't need religious throw-backs.

Get real. Do you think ANYTHING p**s-ant humans can do will bring honor to God?????? What is your god, another George Dumbya Bush, that we have to try and find  ways to bring honor to him???  If he has not his OWN honor, we certainly can not bring any to him!

  The TRUE Creator is so far above NEEDING honor, or praise, or worship, or slavish obedience that it is almost an insult to suggest that he/she does!!!  

The Creator is PERFECTION....and PERFECTION, by it's very nature is complete in and of itself.  PERFECTION NEEDS NOTHING.

Stop trying to load God down with your own petty, human emotions, and stop trying to equate the Creator with the petty gods of Scripture. The Aztecs thought they brought 'honor' to their god by ripping the beating hearts out of their captives.  The worshippers of Baal and Mardok thought they were bringing honor to their God by burning children alive as sacrifices to their blood-thirsty deity.  Christians think they bring honor to THEIR god by condeming all others to h**l.
