The same as I do now.  Motorcycle to and from work each day and not much else.  Bicycle will be used more and more.  For safety reasons, I am unable to ride my bicycle to and from work.  I have used my bicycle for commuting at four different jobs over the years.  

I have a cargo trailer I pull behind the bicycle when I make trips to the store.  A larger cargo trailer is in my garage to be pulled by my motorcycle.  This enables me to carry groceries and other items.  Last week I carried six 40 pound bags of weed-n-feed in the motorcycle cargo trailer.  Motorcycle gets about twice the gas mileage as my 1995 Ford van.

Look for a job closer to home, which I'm actually already doing.

With the real estate market being what it is, moving closer to my job is unlikely to happen. I don't have a lot of hope for finding a job closer to home anytime soon, either, but figure it's more likely to happen than selling my home.

in britain Diesel costs £1.25.9 per litre, if you work it out to a gallon and at the exchange rate it cant be that far off it!! prob about 6.50?
