What will you do when you?

get a huge telphone bill .You know that it is some mistake from the tel phone company.Do we have any laws that support customers in this matter?

advise the company you dispute the charges, and pay the portion of the bill that is not in dispute, as if you do not pay the undisputed portion of the bill your service will be interrupted.. your service provider may provide you with a credit for the calls that you claim were not made.. but you should block any toll charges from being dialed from your number so this does not happen again, as someone had to make the calls from your line...

The phone company can set up a payment plan to make it easier to pay the bill if necessary.
