What will you get for 1st time credit card theft as a minor?

about a few mths ago i stole someones credit card and only spend 50 dollars on it. she found out and turned me in. I signed her name too. i have never been in trouble w/ anything in my life. What will b my punishment?? will i go to jail?

I hope so. Thieves need to learn a lesson! I have extreme dislike for anyone who steals. In Saudi Arabia they would cut your hand off!

I'd place my money on a few hours of community service. definitely not jail or juvy

Sadly, I doubt you will get more than a slap on the wrist.

Nothing close to what you actually deserve for stealing and forgery.

I don't think you'll go to jail. But you might do some community service. Another alternative punishment is not having a credit card until you're 21+
