If I remember correctly, it was CNN news that stated by July the gas price may very well be at least $7.00 a gallon. What will you cut corners on, to be able to get where you need to go? Out to eat? Theatrics? etc..?

  1. If it's $7.00 a gallon, then it's $3.50 a gallon for me because I fill up on my Prius once every two weeks. But since gas is still going up, I'm going to limit where i go, and if it's local, I can ride my 100 mpg motorized scooter. Hopefully near the future, they'll make an electric car on a mass scale.

  2. I will give up...

    Gasoline!

See you in the bike lane.

I parked my car a year ago and I'm not looking back - no insurance, no parking costs, no maintenance and now with the daily commute - no gym membership necessary!

I wish everyone had this opportunity, but I understand we've done a p-poor job around the country making liveable communities where this is possible.

Stay strong folks - it may be a painful transition but remember we have a history in this country of resiliency.  We can get through this!!!

  3. Not a single thing. Gas would have to get higher than that to hurt me financially. It's nice having a car that only gets filled up once a week.

  4. same thing i do now . Drive back and forth to work do my shopping after work and dont do any extra driving. If it keeps rising then i'll just have to give up food or start selling weed

I already told my kid due to the rising cost of life christmas is canceled
