What windspeeds would it take to flip a car?

  1. At hurricane force winds a light car can be flipped.  Light cars can be flown easily with anything stronger than hurricane force winds 75mph +.


  2. A sustained windspeed has to be high to do that.  I would say over 100mph and for a long enough period of time,  say a few minutes or so.

  4. Obviously it depends on both the weight of the car and how much profile the car has, but typically 80-100 mph winds can flip light cars and high profile vehicles.
