  1. If the dish is spicy, a sweeter wine would work well, try a Riesling.  If not very spicy a Chardonnay would pair well with the dish.


  2. You could always make home-made egg rolls.  Rachel Ray has a great low fat recipe on her Rachel Ray show website.  If not that then maybe a salad with ginger or some other kind of Asian inspired dressing. Maybe even throw in some madrian oranges...

  3. If you're doing a white sauce a Riesling or a chenin blanc would be nice but if you plan on cooking it in a brown sauce I mild red like an arancio or Chianti should be good too.

  5. I agree with Luv2cook. One of our favorite Riesling wines is Black Tower - made in Germany. I've served it with shrimp and other seafood dinners, and we thought it was perfect.
