What withdrawal symptoms can i expect my sister to go through coming off methadone cold turkey ?

sudden withdrawral from methadone can NOT be fatal, it's only sudden withdrawral from alcohol that can kill...and i should know as i've been on methadone for three years and tried repeatedly to come off it by going ''cold turkey''  !!!symptoms include: runny nose, yawning, aches and pains in every bone/muscle in the body (well that how is feels), agitation,extreme emotion , selp pity,  hot flushes, cold sweats, tremors/ muscle spasms!!!! although physical symptoms only last around 5/9 days depending on how much she's on!!!
