I agree with the first person, kealeysx, it depends on how tight you wear your pants and the maker of the pants. Some designers run small so you will need to go into the double digits and others are true to your size. I disregard the size and go with what look best.

well i am 14 i just turned 14 tuesday and it is kinda hard to compare this but i wear underwear size 5 and pants size juinor 7, but i think that since my size is the next size up, I think you should try pants size 8.
