What wong with bratz?

i love bratz and me and my best friend like theam the only thing we do not like about bratz is too much makeup and the name bratz is just horror please tell me way do people do not want little girls play wtih bratz dolls or watch the movies i think bratz are better then barbie ! she is just bored !

bratz are cool, but grown ups think they are like "tarts" - too much make up - slim, - fashionable

they are great to play with

my nan said that too - "you know why there called bratz"

its all about them being your "role model"

I think alot of adults are put off by the Bratz appearances and persona's and while not all children are easily influenced by what they learn from playing with toys adults fear that those children who are will assume negative female stereotypes from playing the questionable dolls like Bratz.

Barbie isn't much better but she is the lesser of two evils when compared side by side with Bratz.

Well, Bratz are ---horrible--- examples for little girls to look up to. They're clothes are skimpy, they wear ---way--- too much makeup, and they are unnaturally skinny. Barbies at least have little makeup (lipstick), good clean clothes, and are a normal weight. Sure, you can say that I'm being "mean", but I am just stating my opinion. Oh, and I'm 12, so I know what I'm talking about.

Okay, now lets get those thumbs-down coming. I know I'll get plenty. =|

Mothers hate Bratz because they are rude and bold, and even speak to their friends with nasty scowls on their faces. Small children are very impressionable and it doesn't take long before they start imitating these horrible "role models".
