  1. what makes your business different?  what makes it better than your competition?  is there a need in the marketplace that you are filling that the competition is not meeting?  If so, use words that describe it.

Is it your customer service that makes your company better?  Is it the quality of equipment, the variety of equipment, the speed at which you can provide your customers with the equipment they need?  Use words that explain the thing or things that makes your company the best choice for your customers.

  2. it's not so much WORDS, but what you offer to them besides the product(s).

For instance...make sure that your guarantee/warranty is explicitly visible so that your prospects/customers will be reassured that no matter what, they'll be satisfied even if they're not satisfied with your product.

People need reassurance that all will be well with their buying experience.  That's why it's so important to always show off your guarantee/warranty/refund policy.

    But if you're looking for keywords...try "#1", "world's best/greatest", "official", trustworthy, dependable...

  3. You forgot to mention the products you are selling!  but Reliable and Best are good choices ! You may even want to tell your prospective customer that the product you  are advertising the advantantages over similiar products that are being offered. Some things may be life expectancy, durability, and of course cost effeciency. Some products can actually reduce Insurance costs as well (hard hats, vests, harnesses in construction, and gloves that protect hands in the cleaning business).

Hope this was of some help
