Awake! and rise from the dust, and hear the words of a trembling parent, whose limbs ye must soon lay down in the cold and silent grave , from whence no traveler can return; a few more days and I go the way of all the earth.

or is there some work of his that at least sounds like this?

THANK YOU!

  1. This is from the book of Mormon, the second book of Nephi, Chapter 1. It is a pastiche of Shakespeare's Hamlet, with a little of Lord Byron's "Childe Harold's Pilgrimage" thrown in. It sounds kind of bibical, doesn't it? Well, whoever threw this together, maybe Nephi himself, was trying.
