I am very over weight, i am 15 and weight 198 and im about to start going to my local gym and sports club to try and loose weight, what stuff should i do to loose weight kind of fast? And also i also wanna gain muscle of course but i wanna also look skinnyer. I know i have to stop eating so much c**p cuz What should i do at my local gym?P.S. I want answers from people who have done it or r good at that stuff...
