What work still needs to be done[where are women still experiencing inequality]?

believe it or not , many women out there believe that they got what they wanted because of their looks and not because of their smarts, unless this stops men out there will not stop from seeing women as s*x objects and therefore inequality comes into the table when that guy next to you in the office got the promotion , because he was expected to put maybe a little more effort than the woman into his work , while the girl just relied in her looks in order to get it . Women of the world some of us have to use that internal power to get to the core of this inequality by using something else than looks. I’m not judging anyone here , and this is not of course the only reason why is there inequality but its is an important factor to take in consideration.

i will get a violation notice for this but as long as white men run business women will be second class when it comes to treatment and there is nothing that can be done because all of the unions are gone and that was the only thing that protected people
