  1. Work a heavy bag!!! This works everything. do pull ups, tons of sit ups, and get a speed bag.


  2. Legs first and foremost. Work your legs by running, skipping, squats, lunges, etc. etc. then your back (note to make sure your doing back correctly or damage will occur) and neck, abs, triceps, fore-arms, wrists & hands, and then biceps.

  3. u can use me as ur punching bag, but plz punch to the face
