What workouts can i do for my chest?

i need some advice on chest workouts besides bench pressing.... i also would like to know how much calories do i need to eat to gain weight my goal weight is 250lbs and im 6feet and only weigh 150lbs and if anyone can help my with meal plans also i would really appreciate it but please dont send me anything with protien powder cause im not into that i want to gain weight natural..

  1. for your chest theres not much, all the variations of bench incline decline dumbel etc as for gaining 100 pounds i'd say if your over 14 if your parents et you buy supplemnts get some animal stak but this will take along time and alot of work when im bulking i get around 3500 calories a day so id go around that but make sure there good carbs or youll just gain fat, eat lots of protein

    good luck gaining 100lbs, not gonna happen quickly, its going to take time, time time.

    Sound to me like your pretty young, so the only thing you can do is intake 2500 - 3000 calories a day (or more) and train like a beast.

    The only way to get quick gains in weight is with Steroids or HGH and you don't want to do that.

  3. Push-ups are very good. But most people think of the simple ones, but there are many different types of push-ups that work different parts of your upper body. Wide, Regular, Diamond, Feet elevated, one-handed, all of these work different parts of the chest/arms. And you will find yourself using muscles you didn't even know you had.
