Question:

What workouts should I do?

I play first base, I weight about 274 and I'm 5"9 1/2. I do lunges, some sprints and like a short jog around a field, about 2 to 3 times. Also I jump rope but for like a minute, and sometimes my stomach hurts like sore pain. What workouts and practices should I do? Like weight lifting, cardio, flexibility, and some dieting, please be detailed. Thank You.

  2. jumping jack and ride a bike and if you have a wii try games on there and try kick boxing!!!!!!!!!!

  3. Well dude heres what you need to do

    About 100-200 sit ups a day for 2 or 3 weeks

    Go around the baseball field 5 or 6 more times because obviously the run your are doing aint helping

    P.S the sharp pain in your stomach is because your are out of shape and don't worry man that happened to me
