Natural would be best but if it doesn't work the name of a prescription drug might be necessary

  1. Try this acupressure point there is 2 point on the mandible's (that's where the lower jaw is connected to the upper jaw).

Place your 2 fore fingers approximately where your 2 lower molars are, and move your mouth up and down you will find the hinge, if you put slight pressure on them they will be very tender.

Massage these points in a circular motion until the tenderness goes.

If you do this as soon as you know you are having a migraine the better. it can go in minutes.

If it does not work it is because you have not got the right location.

    keep trying. GOOD LUCK.

  2. I am being serious C0q10, coffee and masturbation.

  3. Maybe stop-a yellin so much and da headaches she disappear....

  4. Butterbur really works.  It is the best herbal and proven in clinical studies. Next would be Feverfew Extract (it must say extract and needs to be taken on a daily basis...migraine or no)

Google Butterbur for best prices.  Online you get the best prices ..some sites 1/2 off retail

  5. Ice pack on the head and lying down are the only natural ones I can think of.  Are you sure they are migraines and not Sinus or Allergy headaches?

Mine are sinus headaches, so since they took the active ingredient out of Tylenol Sinus, DayQuil, NyQuil, etc. I have to sign for Sudafed at the pharmacy and take it with Tylenol.

If you have allergies something like Benydryl should help.  Note that spellcheck does not have the correct spellings for most of these medications.

  6. my friend was under treatment of a very old, aged, Ayurveda, my friend was asked to jot down every thing he ate or liquid he took with time , keeping a diary with him all the time. friend was asked to do this for one month... in between when ever he had bout of migraine he has to write. all these were to be jotted down with timings. after a month Ayurveda studied the routine carefully. and advised him not to take certain food/drink items. next month he repeated the same routine of maintaining the diary minis the debarred items.this was done for three months and certain items/drinks were banned for life time for my friend. he is OK now and does not eat/drink banned items.

  7. If it's really a migraine, try putting a bannana peel (flesh side down) on your forehead. You can also try soaking your feet in iced water. These are remedies that I use.

  8. The herb fever few and accupuncure. My niece had chronic migrains since she was 14 she has had about 2 sessions a week. It really works.

  9. I have tried 5htp with a little success, and I am about to try a herb called butterbur, which is claimed to work well if taken daily as preventative.  I once used a prescription but I can't remember the name of it. It was chewable tablet and worked well, but the side effects were bad and made my blood vessels appear dark purple and swollen, so I was afraid to take it again. I hope you find something that works.

  10. I used to get them so bad only Tylenol with Codeine worked.  Good thing I outgrew them because doctors don't give much of those pain killers out any more.
