  2. With nucleus I think you also mean the DNA in the nucleus. Without DNA there would be no transcription and no translation so the protein production would stop. The cell would most probably die in less than hour.

    The lack of mitochondria means direct impairment of ATP production, and ATP is needed for almost every process in the biochemical system of an eukaryotic cell. Death in few minutes I'd say.
