USA would get mad and attack them and then Russia would team up with China Iran North Korea and all their other allies who hate USA and would destroy USA, but not without USA doing some significant damage to some of them as well along with the help of Japan, UK, and a few other allies who dislike many of those countries. Lets not forget that Russia and USA were on the verge of War once already and USA has fought many super powers and even lost to Vietnam (which angered Russia and China and they have held a grudge ever since). Just because many people now werent alive then, they think that its not possible and its completely absurd because they have always known this world as being afraid of messing with USA just cuz things have been going good for them for a while. Notice the dollar slipping and the recession we're in? Hold on to your seats ladies and gentlemen...

I sure hope that doesn't happen, but the US would most certainly strike back with a nuclear response if Russia hit England and might respond if Russia hit Poland.  The outcome after that is not good, not good at all.
