Following England’s 4-1 drubbing from Germany yesterday, Capello will face the media, and it could be an uncomfortable time for the Italian.
Will he say that he got the tactics wrong when it mattered? Will he say it was the players’ fault?Will he say he is not the right man for the job and stand down after two years in charge? Maybe.

There are calls for an English man to lead an England team, but Capello will face criticism purely from the fact he failed to get England to the semi-final and even the final, when many believed they had the right ingredients to go all the way an emulate the team of 1966.
