Ok so I am a direct descendant of the Scotish king Robert The Bruce. What would I be called, like princess, ect.?

You are too far removed from him to have any title. After a few generations most royal descendants have no title, and sometimes it takes even less time. Two of the Queen's grandchildren, Peter and Zara Philips, are simply 'Mr' and 'Miss'. So I'm afraid you certainly get nothing.

Queen Elizabeth II is a direct descendant of both Robert the Bruce, through James I, and Edward I (Longshanks), however, her former style and title of "Her Royal Highness Princess of York" was inherited from being a member of the British royal family. The title of "Princess' is only bestowed upon daughters and granddaughters of a modern day monarch. If you are too far removed from an "ancient ruler", you will not receive any titles even if you are a direct descendant. Unless a specific title was honored to your family and was carried down from the family tree, generation to generation.

Note: Some ancient English nobility titles were carried for 18 generations. For example, Queen Elizabeth II's maternal grandfather was the 14th Earl of Strathmore and Kinghorne. The current 18th Earl of Strathmore and Kinghorne is the first cousin, once removed, of Queen Elizabeth II. However, these titles are usually carried by the male-line in the family anyways.
