I would like to change careers at 37 from retail management and become an estate agent what qualifications do you need

    When the houses are cheap then they are easier to sell and the percentage has only went down by 2.5% over Britain (as is the rest of the world).  There will be a global recession for the next few years because of glitches in the banking system stemming back the past 5 years.

    But what goes around comes around and as always the rich get richer and the poor pick up the tab.

    I think you can achieve whatever you want to achieve Fiona.  you are a strong minded stubborn c**t who sticks to things like glue.  I will back you 100% with whatever you want to do.


  2. if you mean become a real estate agent you need to pass a test to get certified. The certification is a CRS i think but you don't really need to go back to college. There's a course that's like, a few weeks or months long and then you take the CRS exam afterwards.
