In the UK, you'd find them advertised in farm shop windows like scats, or agricultural vets, or in farmers weekly.  A lot of farmers do rent out land (we do, we have sheep on ours!) because its better for the land to have livestock on and it saves mowing the grass, plus, its an income, and you don't have to look after the animals but you do get the benefits.  Just look around, even ask people upfront - they'd be more than willing!
