What would I use to repair the enamel on the top of a table?

I have a wooden table with a gray and blue enamel top. Some of the enamel is worn off in spots. Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks.

home improvement stores sell enamel repair kits for tub and tile,maybe try that and mix with the right color paint.
