  1. Think Kika is right.

All kinds of cult car parts sites.

Not sure , but I think there might be some Hudson parts  that are compatible.

    Maybe engine & trans?

Hope you have deep pockets if you are going for a full restoration.

Even if it is rusted out , it probably has more steel left than a small ship,

Friends dad had an old Packhard  when we were kids , an absolute tank.

    Best regards

  2. if you have a body of a packard and you dont know what to do with it..then sell it 10k..not on e bay!try classic car for sale.com

  3. Since we are previous Packard owners, and have had many, the "46" if the body is in good condition, along with the interior, and if it was a eight cylinder, it might be worth a few hundred.

We presently have two newer Packard's in the 50s, and two extra 8 cylinder engines, and one extra automatic transmission.  Problem is, in fine running condition, post war Packard's are not that much in demand, especially if it's a six cylinder motor.

If you care to send me an e-mail with more particulars, maybe something can be worked out, again, a lot will depend on actual condition and location.

We are still trying to find a set of NOS hydraulic valve lifters for our engines so we can complete a rebuild of at least one,  to go into a "53" Patrician.

By the way, I am Opal's husband, and it's my son that needs the parts so I can do the job.

Split dog, sorry, no Hudson parts are interchangeable.

Packard in those days were strictly Packard.  Later years they merged with Studibaker, and Hudson and Nash went together.

As far as 10K for a shell, no way from any Packard club we've seen, as that car is not worth that much already done.

    A pre war car, yes.
