What would a 3 bed reputable compound living cost in riyadh?

Should I insist my employer to get me 3 salary per annum as a house allowance? I mean is that a rule in KSA or it is at their decision? What kind of house I could get in 4000 SAR inside and out-of Compound? I am very confused and have to decide a position offer. Please help.

it`s a custom more than a rule to get paid 3 salaries as housing allowance, but yah it`s one of ur rights which wouldn`t sound weird to ask for. 4K = 48K/year, can get u a decent 2-bed in a very good reputable compound and maybe a 3-bed app in a second level.
