it would be more suited to supporting your Belly.  so more like a Psychiatrist's Lounging examination Sofa only with the arms curved from the sides and on a swing arm so you may move your Body better.

It would depend on whether your hips still bent in the same direction, or if they also bent in the opposite direction to normal.

I think you mean if knees bent in the opposite direction (which would be forward)

if our knees didnt go the way they do, we would move alot slower, no one really even took the time to answer this question. a chair would probably still be built the same way, we still sit on our @$$
