What would a doctor ask if doing a check up? (sci-fi novle)?

It's for a sci-fi book...

so like, for machines,

BLOOD PRESSURE: NORMAL

HEART RATE: NORMAL

and so on... what else would be tested?

Turn your head and cough.

Eyesight.

Motor function and reflexes.

Ears.

It really depends on what type of doctor it is.

blood sample in future they would have extra fast blood analysis that would reveal every and any health problem or disfunction from single blood drop. dna check up for possible mutation, check up for possible alien parasites...
