  1. ????

Definitely not a good idea. There are strict legal requirements when it comes to breaks and rest periods, especially for drivers.

Get legal help or see your union represtantive.

  2. Okay well there are alot of risks. You defintly would suffer sleep deprivation which would make you an unsafe driver on the road, you could fall asleep and end up killing yourself or another person on the road. It is just not right to be on the road that much. If your employer is working you this much you should do something about it because you need rest!!! It is against the law to over work someone like that. Find out what you can do and i mean if your boss gets mad and fires you for saying something about it, then whtever you can always geta new job but you can not bring yourself or any others back to life if you by chance kill someone or yourself. Its not worth it,

  3. To patrol? Are you in the police force? That company could be in lots of trouble. Drivers of the 18 wheelers, are legally required to rest every so many hours! There are so many accidents occurring because of lack of sleep! Sleep is very important!

  4. Typical symptoms of an acute lack of good sleep include fatigue, sleepiness, nausea, stress, diarrhea, headaches, difficulty concentrating and irritability.

These symptoms can result strained social relationships, poor job performance, and increased accident rates. As a result, there is an increasing awareness in both the medical community and the lay public as to the importance of obtaining a good night's sleep on a regular basis.

  5. 1. Sleep Deprivation

    2. Dizziness

    3. Etc...
