What would a girl look like after her picture was edited?

Can anyone out there edit a photo of my friends ex? shes kinda on the chubby side and stuff. i made fun of him saying now watch her in 10 years look like a model. so i waned to take a old picture and edit it. But i have no clue how to work photo shop and what not. Thanks!

I can edit it for you..?

If you want to do it yourself you can get something like photoshop, GIMP, or paint.net.

On photoshop there's a filter called liquify.

It should be similar in the other two but i'm not exactly sure because i don't work with the other two programs as much.

i could if i had photoshop on my computer....sorry...u know just play with photoshop for a while and u'll figure it out

or you could find a picture of a model on the internet that has the same kinda hair and eyes that she does   =]
